I've worked with Access to source a role for MattressOnline. Eric managed to understand exactly what we were looking for, as I was struggling to define the specific work we required. Having validated he'd got the requirements right with a profile on the first day, he soon turned round three strong candidates and was able to ensure that we filled the role rapidly.

This ensured all the CVs submitted were relevant to our posts, and the individuals assessed for personality fit within the IT team. All of the candidates submitted by Access met our criteria, and all were offered formal interviews. The preparation and vetting work carried out by Access saved a large amount of time for myself and other recruiting managers in CV sifting, and the logistics of interview scheduling which was all handled effectively by Access.
Another significant factor in Access providing this high level of service was the understanding of our business and IT operations from the lead consultants, taking time before and during the recruitment campaign to ensure they fully understood our requirements, and acting on feedback provided.
Of the individuals recruited to start the new service, only one has left the company. This is a reflection in the quality of matching carried out by Access.”

Do We had a requirement to implement a BI solution for first time across our group of companies.
As we were a true ‘green field’ implementation, with no internal skills or experience in delivering a BI platform to call on, we approached Access as one of our trusted recruitment partners to bring in a specialist BI contractor to get the project started.
Instead of simply going down the contractor recruitment route and supplying a batch of CVs, Eric also provided us with options for a BI managed service to be provided by Access. Based on our high level requirements a number of technical and service options were put forward, with a lot of time invested to make sure our business needs were fully understood.
